Processing time

The processing time is the length of time we need to get an order ready to ship, and that is 3-6 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Our products are made by demand and are personalized, so they cannot be shipped straight away, they need to be printed cutted and scented. We are doing our best to ship your item as soon as possible.

Shipping policy

GREECE

Products are shipped through courier company to your door.

Shipping cost: 3.50 € and 1.50 €, based on the courier of your choice.

Your order is confirmed within 1-2 business days, depending on the day and time of the order, and the processing time is 3-6 business days after the confirmation of your order. After that, the delivery terms are as follows:

Delivery is 1-4 business days in Greece

Delivery is 2-6 business days, in case of remote areas.

CYPRUS

Your products are sent through courier company to your door.

Shipping cost:

Your order is confirmed within 1-2 business days, depending on the day and time of the order, and the processing time is 3-7 business days after the payment.

The products are delivered to Cyprus in 7-12 business days (in the case of delays in the ports or difficult weather then there is a similar delay in traditions).
